Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please email us at support@neurotoned.com and we will provide instructions on how to send your products back.
All items must be shipped back to us for a refund to be issued. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be given until we have received and inspected the returned products.

First-Order Only Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy applies only to your first purchase of our supplement. The reason for this is that the 90-day window is intended to give new customers a chance to try the product and see if it’s a good fit. If you decide to place a second or subsequent order, we consider that a confirmation that the supplement is working well for you, and those orders are not eligible for return or refund. This helps us keep our policy fair and sustainable, while still giving new customers peace of mind when trying our product for the first time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
